How do I book a tour?

You can book any of our tours directly through our secure FareHarbor booking system. Simply click the “Book Now” button on the tour page or from the homepage. A calendar will open showing available dates and times.

Do I have to pay in full when I book?

You can choose to pay in full or place a deposit (depending on the tour). All payments are processed safely through Stripe.

Can I book private tours?

Yes! We offer Private Bookings for groups who want the boat all to themselves. Look for the Private Charter option on our booking page or choose the Private Booking tile in the tours section.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards are accepted through our secure FareHarbor checkout.

Will I get a confirmation?

Yes. As soon as you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your tour detail We’ll also send a reminder email or SMS before your trip.

How do I know if there are seats available?

The booking calendar shows real-time availability. If a time is fully booked, it will be greyed out.

Can I add extras like lunch or transportation?

Some tours offer add-ons (like lobster lunch, shuttle transfers, or photos). These options will appear during checkout.
